Michael has expertise in Value Chain Management, Marketing, Business development, Brand management, Advertising, Operations Management, Communication strategy, Event management, Concept development and Start up consulting.
He Holds a first degree in Philosophy and Political Science from the University Of Ghana, and also has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana Business School.
He started his entrepreneurial journey with the establishment of Multiple Solutions Limited in 2006. As a Marketing Consultancy and Brand management firm, MSL has worked with and managed various brands including;
ACCESS BANK / CASTROL OIL / GCNET / HISENSE / INDIGO HOMES / MINISTRY OF TRADE / CRADLE TO CRAYON CRETCH / RENEW ENERGY / AACL.
Michael, in a bid to further his experience base worked as an in-house management consultant and business development head for Converge Advertising. In this position, he managed prominent brands such as Ecobank Ghana, Fidelity, Chase Petroleum and G&J Technical Services Limited. As group brands head, he led his team in the successful development, re-branding and launch of Universal Merchant Bank.
Mr Doku is the founder of the Livestock And Fisheries Chamber(LFC) ,Livestock and Fish Market Limited and Nampa market limited which are flagship programs carved out of LFC to facilitate engagements and trade among the Livestock and Fisheries value chain players and to also guarantee consumers healthy meat and fish products.
He also founded the Fishing Club GH, Agrisupportgh.com. His immense passion and interest in agriculture, specifically livestock and fisheries has led him to venture into fresh water fish farming, piggery, rabbit and goat rearing.
By way of educational credit, he has a certificate in management training, recruitment and sales from Charter House International, Croydon in UK (2004-2005)
Also important is his training in International Marketing Strategy (Business Development program) 2008
He loves to swim, fish, cook, play chess, scrabble, snooker and soccer.
Ferdinand Yali is an Urban Planning and Environmental Management Professional with several years of experience in Urban Management, Environment and Social Safeguards. He has worked on several projects and is familiar with national and international guidelines and procedures relating to Safeguards. He is an alumni of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi Ghana and Institute for and Urban Development Studies, Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
He has been trained in Land Acquisition, Resettlement & Sustainability, gender mainstreaming, environment and climate change as well as sustainable land use planning.
Mr. Yali prepared a strategic plan for the management of Paradiso garden, a family farm located in Ahiayem (New Wenchi) along the Sunyani-Techiman trunk road in the Brong Ahafo Region. It is a 16 acre land that contains a palm plantation, cashew, a cattle ranch, a digester for the processing of palm fruit into oil, a corn mill as well as a residential facility for workers and management. He has also provided advisory services towards the management of the farm.
Mr. Yali is married with three (3) Children (One girl, two boys. He lives in Accra. His hobbies are playing football, Scrabble and Chess.
Frederick Adiiboka is a versatile self-starter with admirable leadership skills and marketing skills. Adept at implementing, monitoring and evaluating projects and programmes to improve efficiency.
He has an M.Phil Nutrition from the university of Ghana, Diploma in Project Management from the Institute of Commercial Management, UK degrees. He is a medical delegate, Nestle Ghana Ltd. He has worked as a Nutrition Consultant(Aug 2008-Nov 2012). He was President of Nutrition & Food Science Students’ Society(Sept 2011-Sept 2012). He was Assistant Manager, Abekwan Farms, Tamale(July 2005-Aug 2009). He was Teaching/Research Assistant at the Department of Nutrition and Food Science, University of Ghana(Aug 2009-Aug 2010).
Frederick Volunteers at the Ghana Nutrition Association(GNA) as an Electoral Commissioner.
Nimuah Tarko is a graduate of Agribusiness from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has hands on experience in farm production, specifically pig production. Nimuah is currently a banker with several years of experience in the Banking and Finance industry in Ghana. This includes work experiences in Loan Monitoring and Recovery, Investment portfolio Management, Marketing and Client Relationship Management. He joins the LFC bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience from varied fields of work and study.
Nimuah is an avid Christian blogger. He loves reading and enjoys creating new content for social media.
Seth Sena Kwame Asima
Seth Sena Kwame Asima is a trained Agriculturist who was a poultry farmer and later joined in 2004 the District Agriculture Development Unit of Ministry of Food and Agriculture at Amasaman in the Ga West District in the Greater Accra Region. At Amasaman he worked as an Agriculture Extension Agent (AEA) and District Agriculture Statistical Agent (DASA). As an AEA/DASA he was part of a technical team involve in the implementation programs and projects in the Ga West district;

- Export Marketing and Quality Awareness Project (EMQAP)
- Conducts Internal Audit and Inspection for pineapple farmers towards the acquisition of GlobalGAP certification.
- Ghana Agriculture Production Survey (GAPS)
- A liaison officer between farmers, Ga Rural Bank and Vintage Fruits Processing Company under the Out Grower Value Chain Fund program by GIZ.
Mr. Asima currently works with the Department of Agriculture of the Ledzokuku Municipal Assembly as the Management and Information System Officer; He Trained field enumerators for the Ghana Census of Agriculture from five Municipalities in Greater Accra Region: (La Dadekotopone, Ledzokuku, Krowor, Tema and Ashiaman) to collect field data and also supervised field data collection in 68 Enumeration Areas within the Ledzokuku Municipality for the Ghana Statistical Service.
He is an alumni of Ejura Agricultural Collage, Ejura, Ashanti Region and the University of Ghana, Legon. He is married with three children.
Lawrence Opanin Nkansah-Kersi
Mr. Lawrence Opanin Nkansah-Kersi holds Msc. Engineering Geology and Bsc. Geology from the university of Ghana, Legon. Also, he has successfully completed part (2) of the association of chartered certified accounts (ACCA) qualifications and is a trained Banker from Access Bank School of Excellence, Nigeria. Currently, he is the finance director for Chloecam Company Limited and the relationship manager for Access Bank, Legon.
Livingstone Tengey is a Total Quality Management Practitioner with
rich experience in Quality Management Framework Development, Process Improvement, Quality Policy Development & Implementation. He has worked on several projects and is familiar with ISO standards and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP).
He is an alumnus of University of Ghana, Legon and holds MBA in Total Quality Management from University of Professional Studies, Accra, Ghana.
Livingstone has worked on translating Voice of Customers (VOC) to Critical to Quality (CTQs), Service Quality, Kaizen, DMAIC etc, in a notable food chain brand in Ghana.
With his passion to see most entities like the Livestock and Fisheries Chamber adopt Quality Management for greater efficiency, Livingstone has accepted to develop the chamber’s Quality Policy.
Livingstone is married, lives in Accra and loves Monopoly, Scrabble, Reading, listening to News, and trying his hands on forex trading as a new student in the forex market.
Eugene B.G Bawelle
Eugene B.G Bawelle is a Policy and Resources (Energy and Mineral) Economist at Gemma Advisors. He’s currently a Consultant for the World Bank Group on Environmental and Social Risk Management in Africa. He’s also a Senior Research Fellow of the Institute of Public Policy Research (IPPR) Ghana. Prior to this, Eugene worked as a senior Relationship Manager at Zenith Bank Ghana. He also worked with Curtin University Guild and No Birds Pyt in Australia. He holds an Msc in Energy and Mineral Economics from Curtin University, Australia. He also holds an MA in Economic Policy Management and a BA in Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He is a Chartered Banker (Level 3) and holds a post graduate certificate in Marketing, Advertising and Media Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism.
Eugene has valuable practice in market research and proposal development as well as project appraisal. At Zenith Bank, he demonstrated core understanding of financial and commercial business analysis. He worked in the Commercial Banking Division where he managed a huge portfolio of client base in retail, high net worth and the energy and power sectors. He was awarded a letter of commendation by the MD/CEO of Zenith Bank for excellent customer service, exceeding targets and professionalism.
Eugene has excellent communication skills, both oral and written and strong organizational skills. He has a good command of the English language and working knowledge of French and has been widely recognized for high level professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and effectiveness on the job. He has worked as a financial consultant, raising capital for his clients from International institutions such as the African Export-Import Bank.
Eugene has published in the International Journal of Social Science Research among others. His research interests lie in Economic and Public policy, Alternative Secondary Energy Markets, Clean and Renewable Energy Technologies, Mineral and Energy Policy and Development Economics.
Kwaku Agyemang Duah FCCA
Kwaku is the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director of Aion Management Services Limited, a product distribution Company. A chartered accountant and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), he is a product of the University of Ghana Business School where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration (Banking and Finance Option). Additionally he holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) degree from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA). He has had a formal training in IT at the UK IT Training Ltd in Tolworth, Surrey, UK.
Kwaku has over a decade of top level experience in Administration, Corporate Finance, Management Accounting, Internal controls, Investment Management and Project Financial Management across industries such as Real Estates, Hospitality, FMCG, Gaming, Trading, Health Service, Private Security Services Financial services both in the Public and private sectors.
Kwaku started off his career in Finance as a Management Trainee at the National Lottery Authority (NLA), he rose to become a Finance/MIS Analyst and eventually as Management and Payroll Accountant for the Authority. He has worked in various Finance, Sales and Admin roles at Stellar Group, National Lottery Authority of Ghana, FKV and Associates/Ecobank Ghana, INTU Group , Escort Group as well as The BEIGE Group where he was Chief Finance Officer (CFO). An expert in setup and restructuring of departments Solutions he was also General Manager for the INTU Group and Director of Finance at the New Crystal Health Services Group and Managing Director at the Escort Security Services Limited.
Sam Zeph Atiemo
Sam is a result-oriented and focus-driven Senior Entrepreneurship Consultant, Speaker, Writer, Coach and Investor with over 10-years experience. He uses his creativity, energy and entrepreneurial spirit to inspire companies and organisations to achieve extraordinary growth.
Sam specializes in providing innovative solutions around entrepreneurship business planning and management, and organizational development, strategic planning, finance and investment management. Sam has consulted with over 100 multi-sectorial companies and SME’s within the agricultural value chains. Some of the organizations consulted for includes but not limited to: Palladium Group, USDA-GPP, USAID, UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, MACRA, BRITISH COUNCIL, CARE, WUSC, ICCO etc.
Board Member and CEO of Business Advisory Service Providers of Ghana, BASPAG, it’s a network of 50 businesses and finance consultants, who have facilitated a combined access to finance worth over $70m across the agricultural value chains.
He holds an MSc in Strategic Management from the University of Derby, UK, and a BA(Hons) in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon, Diploma in Facilitation and Leadership(OCN), St. Mary’s College, UK.
Lawrence Osei-Boateng was born 21st February, 1981. He holds SSCE certificate from Ghana Secondary Technical School, Takoradi. He further pursued and completed Bachelor of Arts, Economics degree from the University of Ghana in 2005. In 2012 he was awarded a Masters of Arts, Economic Policy Management and a Masters of Philosophy, Economics (2017). Currently he is studying at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) to become a Lawyer (LLB).
For over Thirteen years, Lawrence has worked with the Ministry of Trade and Industry. He served in many capacities:
- National service personnel from November 2005 to July 2006
- National youth employment officer from August 2006 to April 2008
- Assistant commercial officer from May 2008 to April 2011
- Commercial officer from May 2011 to May 2014
- Senior Commercial Officer (SCO)/Secretary to the Tariff Advisory Board (TAB) from October 2015 to December 2016
- Team Leader, Ghana International Trade Commission (GITC) from March 2018 to August 2018.
He also serves as Technical Specialist Consultant for the Ghana International Trade commission (GITC). At the Ghana India Trade Advisory Chamber, he serves as the International Relations Head.
